This talk will cover the various changes coming under Medicare incentive payment programs and strategies for adapting to the changing payment environment. Specific topics to be covered include working under the merit-based incentive payment system and the relationship of nephrologist to alternative payment models. In addition, CMS's publicly reported provider data will be discussed.
